LINKS TO OTHER WORTHY SITES

THE UNOFFICIAL PAUL SIMON WEBSITE - Roger Lai. A great, comprehensive site that includes a great listing of Paul's albums, song lyrics, pictures and Paul Simon icons for Mac. One of the first Paul fans on the web, Roger recently returned to the Newsgroup. His page is great - it just needs an update, some Capeman stuff, perhaps. Roger recently took his site down. It will be missed. Without it, Lasers In The Jungle would not be around.

THE PAUL SIMON PAGES - Joost Lenders. Joost has a great page. A regularly updated news page, a brand new forum, some pictures, an e-newsletter, Paul Simon album / timeline info, and information about Homeward Bound, Rob Oudshoorn's Paul Simon/Simon & Garfunkel magazine. Got a great list of awards Paul has won as well as Capeman photos to go with the Capeman pages. You'll like it.

SONG FOR THE ASKING - Rudi Riet. One of the best websites around. Rudi's got news and information about Paul and Artie, with a thorough discography and a guide to ROIOS (go there and find out what they are). Initially a S&G website, SFTA was down for about two years, but it's great to see it back!

THE ACOUSTIC GUITAR SONG COLLECTION - Jean-Marc Orliaguet. The multimedia site for fans of Paul, Art, Leonard Cohen, Serge Gainsbourg and Cat Stevens. Included are ultra-rare sound and video files, focusing predominantly on Messrs. Simon and Garfunkel. There are album notes, snippets from biographies, and complete interviews transcribed for your viewing pleasure. Not to mention the vast collection of VIVO movie files, WAV and RealAudio sound files and some rare guitar tablature. I recommend the interview Paul Zoll conducted with Simon - just about the best out there.

THE OFFICIAL HOME OF THE SIMON & GARFUNKEL FAQ - Josie Marie. For the comprehensive, updated Simon and Garfunkel FAQ. Josie has taken it upon herself to update the FAQ, so stay tuned!

CapemanNews - Michael Aidiulis. After he saw the Capeman last year, Michael couldn't accept the fact that some people just didn't like it ;-). He organized the Capeman Files. Idealistic? Yes. Corny? A little. As the site grew, Michael got tons of response from people who had seen the show, and he posted it there. A fun place for Capeman fans to get further acquainted or reminisce about the show.

THE CAPEMAN - A FINE SHOW... SCREW THE CRITICS - Epnebelle. The web's home for exclusive sounds and images from the Capeman. Including shots of Paul at the opening and closing performance, as well as pics of the various stars of the show. For now, it's the closest thing there is to a cast album, so check it out.

THE SIMPLE PAUL SIMON PAGE - James Mullin. It is what it says - the Simple Simon web site. It includes a discography, a bio, a news section, pictures, a forum and some guitar tab.

ERIK'S OWN WEB HEAVEN- Erik Strom. Contains some rare info about Paul Simon. Best known (and best loved) for its terrific collection of guitar chords. A must-see for those musically inclined Simon fans. Also includes a terrific essay "Why I Went Crazy About Paul Simon's Music."

THE OFFICIAL PAUL SIMON WEBSITE - Warner Brothers. Dedicated to the Capeman, and Paul's album Songs From the Capeman, includes the lyrics, story and sound clips from the album. Also has a nice RealVideo story of the Capeman. The forum is pretty popular too.

THE MARTIN GUITAR OM-42PS PAUL SIMON - Martin Guitar. In 1997, Martin Guitar announced their plans to introduce a Paul Simon guitar, built to Paul's specifications. 500 models were to be made, signed by Paul himself. Chris Stern, of the alt.music.paul-simon newsgroup actually has one, and loves it.

THE SALVADOR AGRON WEBSITE - Melinda. Made with the help of Sal's family, including his sister, Aurea, who helped Paul when he was working on the Capeman. Contains pictures, a biography and the writings of Salvador Agron, the Capeman. Melinda is the biggest Capeman fan in the world, and will gladly help you learn more about a fine play and a fine family.

THE JAPANESE SIMON & GARFUNKEL DATABASE - KAZUNORI CHIHARA. Contains a vast database of Japanese released Simon & Garfunkel/Paul Simon records, as well as a a complete Japanese tour database.

New sites as of October, 1999:

The Cool River - Miriam Schnurr. Miriam is one of the more enthusiastic Simon fans out there. Her site is representative of her love for Paul's music, and has some nice pics and features to check out, like Paul Simon's birthday e*card, and four Capeman guitar TABs.

Something So Right - Anna Safar. Anna's site has two features you ought to check out. First, it is the on-line place to write letters to Paul (which he may or may not someday read). Second, it's got a much more comprehensive list of links than I do, so go to it!

The Simon & Garfunkel Homepage - Rich Kent. A thorough S&G site. If you play guitar, this is the place to go to get chords and real actual TAB for S&G and Paul Simon songs. Highly recommended.

Brad's Unofficial Paul Simon Homepage - Brad Bryan. Contains three VIVO video clips of Simon, as well as samples of his greatest hits.

The Sound Of Simon. The Spanish Paul Simon place to be. An extremely thorough, well-developed, beautifully designed web page, all en Espaņol. Even if you do not speak Spanish, check it out! (I wish their graphic designers would make images for my site!)

Bob Dates - Bill Pagel. Part of Bill's "Bob Links" site. The place to find info on Bob Dylan's upcoming tours - probably even before it gets to Bob! Not directly Paul Simon related, but worth a daily visit!

Added in February, 2000:
